In May I searched for auto parts for a used tailgate to find Reliaparts had exactly what was needed. They required payment upfront and the parts were promised to ship within days. A week went by and no tailgate thus I continued to email asking when it will be delivered to only receive lies that it is leaving the yard, but they could never provide a tracking number, etc. I emailed them every few weeks asking progress and always received some BS lie to my email. I filed a Better Business Bureau report with them on 9/30/09 and now was just requesting my refund in full. Everytime that BBB contacted Reliaparts, they said that they had filed a refund, but there was an issue with my credit card company, so I contacted the bank and there had been no attempts of a refund to my card, so yet another lie from Reliaparts. This went on for several months and now I have also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office against Reliaparts as well.
As of March 26, I have no tailgate and no refund. Stay away from reliaparts.
