Lied in Advertisement, Few movies, No refund after 2 months

Intelliflix advertised 60,000 titles and more titles than any other internet movie provider. After signing up for a year, I found that there were very few available titles. Certainly less than Netflix.

They did not allow potential cutomers to see the title list ahead of time. This should have made me suspicious, but didn't.

After signing up and seeing what was available, I cancelled (within an hour of signing up). I received no services. We exchanged several emails in which they tried to talk me out of cancelling. I insisted on a full refund.

I signed up and cancelled on 1/31/06. They sent me the first email trying to talk me out of cancelling on 2/1/06. Yet on 2/2/06, they charged my Visa card $ 151.58.

This was more than they were supposed to charge. The "superpass" was supposed to be $143.

It has been over 2 months and no credit was made to my account.

I disputed charges with my credit card company.

I have filled complaint forms with:
