My previous web developer was Heritage Web Designs.com, and when they closed their doors for business on 3-8-11, I contacted ZenCartCodeandDesign.com. What a mess Heritage was, and this new developer is no better. Branden Thomas was the contact. He wanted to know how much I paid Heritage for my website, and when I told him, he wanted the same amount. I told him I needed customized work on my site, and he agreed to doing what I wanted. He said he wanted MY payment in full, even though his web site states that the company has a half amount upfront and half amount after work was completed polity stated on their terms. After he recieved my payment in full, he did not contact me for 2 months. Everytime I called to him, he sounded like I was bugging him. He was so unprofessional, he took my money and did NOTHING but install a new template to the work Heritage Web Designs (1) had already done (2) had done wrong in the first place. Do Not Use this Developer, he's too busy to complete the work he was paid for in full beforehand.in addition, they did not finish uploading my merchant gateway, set up the website email function. Really, really hard to communicate with. They came across like they were so technically advanced... in reality, they did not know very much and they did not complete the work they were contracted to do, and they wanted payment in full before hand. Shame on you, Branden!
