I have not been paid for completed BPO work. Vendor manager told me not to bother him and call accounting, and after dozen of emails and phone calls, I got no answer from accounting, no check and no reply whatsoever. This company employs deceitful practices promising more work if agents reduce their rates, and then they do not pay for completed work at all. As a client of this company, I would cancel my contract with them immediately as it puts you, the client, in the bad light. And as an agent, I would not provide any service to them. I wish I could read this report before I started working with them.
