Heritage approved repair on my vehicle, and after 4 months still no payment. Contact with the Administrative Services who claim to be a third party processor, shows the claim is ready to be paid but only after Heritage clears it for payment. They have no way to direct me to the holding company. Many many phone calls end up in some other company not associated with Heritage. Heritage number does not work. Big run around. Probably enough agitated unpaid customers to file a class action suit.
Stay away from them.
