Heritage Log Homes failed to provide the complete package and wanted full payment before my final shipment.
We met with Mike Magill and a Mr Bull in Kodak two weeks before they closed and was promised my lists would taken care of and picked out and ordered our stain.
After three weeks I contacted Kevin Matschke (the Canadian rep) and was told about the closing
I was told to purchase the stain myself and they would look after it explaining they did not go bankrupt.
Guess what here we are in 2012 and can't get in contact with anyone now.
We figure they ripped us off for about $10,000
