I purchased a contract from Heritage for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to the shop to be worked on and Heritage stated that they would cover the work. I just had to pay for the repairs and would be reimbursed from Heritage with a check within approximately one month. This is 3 months later and I have still not revieced my check. I called the number on my contract and it is not Heritage, but rather a third party and all they can tell me is that the amount to be paid has been approved and they are just waiting to send the check. They wont give me a number for heritage and I have been calling once a week for the past 3 months.
