T Mobile has ZERO customer service skills

I purchased a TMobile 3G slide for retail price of $500.00. After 2 months, the phone would no longer charge. On August 12 an order was placed for a replacement. On August 19 @ 10AM the defective phone was signed for by J. Hernandez at TMobile in Ft. Worth, TX. I have checked every day to see when my new phone will be shipped. As of today, the phone still shows as pending order in their system.

I was told today there was no record of the phone being received. It is suggested that I made up the name and time the delivery was signed for. I want my new phone or a check for the cost of this phone. I have sent e-mails and left messages for all of the executives both in Bellevue, WA and Germany. I have had no response. When I tried to call the office in Bellevue, I was hung up on.
