I have tried to get in touch with TMobile on Friday, July 1. I was on for most of the day, extra long wait times. Are you kidding me! I was on hold, 1 hr 34 min. 30 min, 42 min. 10 min. I even went to Tmoble store and the store couldnt even get through, he was on hold for 20 min. I called so called corporate and TMobile and will bet a call with in 2 business days, I dont believe that. I called again from another phone number and talked with a person, I told her I emailed the BBB and she said what
ever. Being on hold for 1 hr 34 min. Is unacceptable!!!
