On 07/11, i renewed my contract with Tmobile, I bought two HTC sensation 4G for $250.00 ea, In just a few days I noticed one HTC not working well, video not working. I called customer care and they sent me one that look refurbished, I called customer again and Jennifer (the rep) insisted that its a new phone. I received the replacement on 07/22. On 07/29, I noticed the volume button on the replacement HTC sensation 4G was missing, it just fell off. (and that tells me that its a manufacturer defect in order for that button to come off, one would have to take a pointed tool and poke that button off). I called customer care on 07/30 and spoke to Radha who insisted that she cannot replace the phone that only if i had taken insurance then I would have to pay $ 130.00 deductible to get a replacement phone.
So remember I just bought the phone, received it on 07/13, send it back on 07/19, got the replacement on 07/22 and in less than a week noticed a problem with the replacement and was being told that tmobile would not replaced the defective phone (keep in mind I just paid $250.00 for this phone and Tmobile has a 14 day return policy). I will continue.
