I ordered the HTC My Touch 4G, from our current carrier (t-mobile) on 7/25 I was informed it would take 2-4 days for delivery standard shipping UPS. I looked online at my order summary a couple days later and realized it was still being possessed.
I have been calling everyday since and I have been told the order had been canceled, that the phone is on back order, that they don't know why I haven't received the phone yet.
Numerous different story's after going through a horrible automated system and then being put on hold numerous amount of times and for long periods of time and still have not gotten a direct answer it has been almost a week and it still hasn't been shipped.
No one calls back as promised they wont compensate for any of the trouble we are going through. We also have a replacement phone we ordered on the same day that was supposed to be overnighted and we get the same run around.
When we do finally get to talk to a live person they are rude and seem to be very unexperienced. This is all after they took the Money from our bank account to cover the cost of the phone.
