I sent my t-mobile "Wing" into t-mobile for a replacement and they seem to have lost it. I was initially told that I my phone would be returned with 8 business days. They received it 12/9/10. I have made several calls and the latest information is that I have to wait another 41 business days to get my phone because they can't find it. That will be at the end of March!!! What a joke! Why can't they just send the replacement instead of all of this run around and waiting. Most of the customer service representatives seem clueless and I feel like I'm getting the real run around. I'm extremely disappointed in t-mobile.
