I've purchased a couple bulbs from bluestar-online and the first ones lasted quite awahile.
I purchased a new one last may and it lasted until april. Since it came with a 12 month warranty I emailed them. They said maybe it's the TV and talked me into ordering another bulb. This bulb lasted about 12 hours. So I have been emailing them and leaving messages. Only thing i get is a generic Email about reset my blub hours on the TV, I keep explaining I have 2 bad bulbs but no reply from them other then the generic email. Bulb was for a DLP wd-65732
I bought a bulb from another company, no problems at all. Been working great through the payoffs.
