Trying to get in contact with blue star to send me another bulb for my TV. There is a 1 year warranty with the bulb, it lasted about 8 months. I call them, left a message, email them 3 times, even ask for a RMA# in a email to send the defective bulb back. Left my phone # for them to call me back, Never have heard anything.
This is bad customer service. And as high as these bulbs cost, they should stand behind them.
My bulb is the UX21517.
I just want them to stand behind their warranty and send me another one.
