Faulty Bulbs

I bought a bulb that lasted 6 months (half of the warranty) I shipped the bulb back to them 3 weeks ago and they do not respond. DON'T BUY THOUGH bluestar-online!!

Did not send Replacement bulb for WD-57733 that blew out within one year of purchase. I sent bulb to them UPS and got confirmation my bulb was delivered to me June 3. No bulb or response back
