This is the first time i have bought anything from another country over the internet, im in england.
Bluestar-online international come up a couple of time when i entered the information of the projection bulb i needed for my tv, i decided to go ahead and order this bulb, got a confirmation email, got an email claiming it had been shipped... Then strangely enough. NOTHING.
This item was supposed to have been shipped on the 18th september after two weeks i sent them an email enquiring as to when they believed i would be receiving it... NO reply, i left it another week and sent another one again NO reply on the 19th october over a month since i placed the order and they TOOK my money, i sent another email and again they refuse to answer... Basically they have STOLEN my money.
