I purchased a DLP bulb from them for my Sony rear projection. When it came in it look similar but the reflector was smaller and shaped differently. I tried to contact them to let them know but could not get in touch so I went ahead and tried it. It did not work properly, the picture was very dim. They state that you can return with an rma # so I called many times and sent several emails before they finally sent an rma # and said once they receive the bulb and inspect they would credit my card. I even sent my original bulb so they could see the difference. I the mean time I ordered another bulb off ebay which works perfectly. I have yet to see my refund or any other communication for Bluestar International Components and it is now April 20th, I have reported them to Google checkout since that was the merchant account that was used.
