Purchased a Mitsubishi WD-57733 lamp bulb for tv in July for $189 had one year warrantty. Bulb blew out May 20. Contacted Blue Star on May 21 they emailed me a Return Authorization number. I sent my bulb to them on May 23. Received confirmation bulb was sent to me with Tracking #420088729101805213907667491919 sent out June 3. It was sent out ups. I called the post office with tracking number they said it had too many digits, i gave them information over the phone with the companies name and address and my information and they stated they have no package picked up from that address for me. I have been without tv for almost a month. I feel this is a scam
