American Values
Took money out of my bank account with out permission, and refund check bounced causing me another over draft charge

I'm disable, i recived a phone call offering me a calling card for a shipping price of $1.95 and a month or two later my bank account is overdrawn over $400.00, i get a whole $115.00 a month from medicade, i called and spoke to people that i could barely understand, and was told that i was being sent refund checks, and that i should see them in about ten to fifteen days, i did not, my bank is calling me and telling me that they are going to send me to collections if i don't pay them. Well a month or so later i recieved one check and then another about a week later. So i think it's all over with. Oh no it's not. My bank just called me to tell me that the check bounced. And i'm once again over drawn. I call again to American Values they tell me that they will send me another check but they will not pay the over draft unless i get a copy of the bounced check and send it to them. So now because they screwed up i have to find a ride go down to the bank. I feel this is stuff that they should do, like getting the check and what not
