Freedom Finacial called and thier offer sounded great since I was tring to better my credit score. So I okayed them taking $300 out of my account to recive thier credit card. Seeing my husbands hours for the week, I called the number they gave me back 2 days later and cancelled. I thought I was done 3 weeks later my bank called me to let me know this company had tried to send the $300 through anyway and the "check" bounced. Causing everything else to bounce as well. Not only did I have to pay for the bounced check the $25 dollars check fee and all the other fees related to this but today I got a call from a collections company. The gentleman told me Freedom Finacial had turned over my account to collections because my check bounced. They are saying I owe them over $400! Number one I cancelled in plenty of time. Number two how can they try to get $400 from me for something I canceled and never recived? This is BS what should I do?
