I purchased plants to be sent to a memorial house on Sunday, June 9. Upon birth towards the funeralhome on Sunday, July 10th, the purchase wasn't there. I named and talked to some consultant which was type and stated that she'd monitor the purchase to determine why it had been not shipped. I required they provide it prior to the funeral service on Friday, June 11th. It wasn't shipped. I called again following the funeral service and was informed from the consultant the purchase was designated immediate for Friday, June 11th but she didn't understand why it had been not shipped. I subsequently required that it's sent to the readers house address on Thursday, June 12th for that next and closing period. It wasn't!!! I subsequently called once more and also the consultant had an email they had attempted to make contact with me but was not able to. These were not able to load my purchase and desired to exchange it. Sadly my telephone wasn't operating because of the collections being down. I subsequently terminated my purchase and requested from another florist. I offered e-commerce 3 possibilities to correct their ineptness however they failed every time. It greatly grieves me that my condolences weren't obtained to exhibit that I cared and also to relieve the readers sadness. This really is unexcusable and undesirable and that I hope this doesn't occur to other people
