On 12 Feb. I requested for Valentines Day. Purchase wasn't prepared or did receiver obtain purchase as guaranteed. After I required a reimbursement, it had been declined plus they lied and stated purchase was in procedure for shipping. The did not actually understand the title of the Florist running the purchase. The consultant stated these were in Illinois, however they mightnot understand Language properly. After I questioned what period it had been in Illinois, they did not even understand. Underneath line is: don't order from ftd. They're a scam and scam. It was the toughest encounter I've actually undergone purchasing plants. It was said to be and pleasant event.
