We bought a sofa on and two seats on April at 3451 Sunridge Way N. E in the Packet. Alberta we were informed four to six months for shipping, Calgary. It's now been 12 months and we don't have any seats. We were informed the furniture could be shipped on June 14. That day went and arrived and we didn't have any furniture that evening sent. I'd to subsequently contact to discover why as nobody named us plus they stated they'll reschedule for that following week, which may be June 21/06 but our seats wouldn't be shipped before following week; but they were in the Edmonton factory. The sofa was initially sent broken but wasn't shipped until June 21 and also the shipping men were really rude. Therefore we approached our sales person Anna Mazereeuw and he or she assisted us to obtain our sofa traded and redelivered; from their store getting it into our home which-when shipped on June 28/06 was broken again. We've had 11 individuals remaining in our home without any furniture once we expected it to reach the finish of May; that will be what we were informed. Now that's insufficient, although Anna could renounce the guarantee for all of US. The following week went and arrived but still no phone and no seats calls; we've to maintain contacting to check on these were awaiting them in the future in the producer if they're in. We were subsequently informed they were in the factory. Therefore, the story has become complicated once we requested the 2 seats on a single evening, which we were informed and also the sofa could be shipped and we keep receiving informed another account. Why a sudden all have you got an additional sofa readily available for us but don't have our unique seats? Subsequently, we were informed therefore we're able to request shipping on September 5/06 the seats wouldn't maintain till September 4/06; which nobody called, we'd to contact to obtain this data. Today we were simply advised that people will wait another 3 to 6 months for the seats. I subsequently called to talk to Anna; but she wasn't there, therefore requested to talk to a manager and whoever had responded the telephone stated "I'll place you to client service" and that I stated no, I actually donot wish to talk to client service, I do want to talk to a supervisor. I was subsequently told by the individual about the telephone that my phone could not be taken by the supervisor; that was at we've not obtained a call back in the supervisor however and the: 27pm; that will be unacceptable. We'd prefer to stop this purchase once we have experienced enough and you will be informing others never to purchase something in the Packet because they will soon be lied to concerning the shipping on the furniture and also the supervisor doesn't react to the grievances; to ensure that simply displays what type of company the Packet is working. We shall even be publishing a complaint notice on the site below the same as another client did so that as you can observe, she didn't get much better support possibly also it required annually 5 for anyone to react to her criticism, that will be definitely inappropriate.
