I have been a City PCS client for approximately annually today. Two nights before, my cellphone smashed. I visited my nearby City Computers shop and bought a brand new telephone. Our first issue to Michelle, the girl who assisted me, was easily might return the telephone. She explained I really could, and so I bought a brand new one.
Today I carefully browse the return policy about the reciept. I had been careful to check out all of the directions and so I might nevertheless return the telephone. Two nights later, I introduced the phone back again to the shop and was informed that I really couldnot return an update telephone.
I spoke with Michelle and advised her that she explained I really could return it. She mentioned that she never stated that in my experience. Our return was refused and that Iam out $120.00.
