I bought a Kyocera Domino mobile phone at Metro Computers for $29 along with a charge $10 for altering telephones on my current bill of more than 8 years.

The telephone wont keep a cost. I got the telephone back and reported about that two times after purchase, and also the Asst. Mgr. Gave me a new battery.

The brand new battery wont maintain a cost both. Easily consider actually one-call, or delivered only one wording, it empties right down to half-life, then easily do-even only one more factor (bear in mind my texts are quick, and calls are quick), it empties entirely. That is totally inappropriate.

Aswell, I can not get party EVERYWHERE! Not in my own home, not in my own entrance or backyard, not at my workplace... WHAT EXACTLY GOOD IS THIS TELEPHONE?! It is USELESS.

The return policy is for brand new clients just, AGAIN, what great is the fact that? Some fairly messed-up customer support, that is what

They've all these various telephones on-display within the shop, pleading you to purchase, they cost/punish you for purchasing one by tacking on the $10 for incorporating/altering the telephone towards the new one.

I just purchased a brand new telephone since my Nokia dropped itis cost cell, but I'd had it for three years and liked it. AND, I acquired party inside it EVERYWHERE, this is the way I understand the Kyocera telephone is just a bit of crap.

I'm currently likely to need to released more income to purchase a brand new telephone, and do not have anything to do this since I am helping my two person, unemployed children who dropped their careers within this tanked out economy.

Metro PCS: I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied along with you, your support, your return policy and also the items you claim.

PS: the service broker behind the table about the evening of my purchase was brief, rude and unhelpful after I introduced the telephone back in. I'd to request a to obtain correct customer support.

An answer from CITY Computers for this criticism could be appreciated.
