Poor call quality, poor customer service

Changed to Metro PCS about six months before. They've horrible phone quality - I will just write out about every additional syllable. Occasionally so poor I've to hold up my cell and call-back utilizing our home telephone. I'd bad contact quality using the first $30 telephone. Named client no-support plus they examined my point and guaranteed me all was properly. And so I thought I had been the unfortunate one which got a poor telephone collection. Returned towards the phone shop and bought a $60 phone. Same issue. Returned towards the phone shop where I bought the telephone. They decided the telephone wasn't operating nicely and delivered me to a different shop to get a substitute. After I got towards the additional shop there is an extended range. Waited for one hour. Ultimately got towards the client no-support representative who'd not substitute the telephone. I dropped each day of function, billable hours, looking to get my telephone issue solved. I notice today the only real answer would be to return to AT&T or Verizon. Am publishing this criticism so others could be informed that City PCS has reduced quality telephones, bad speech transmission quality, and bad customer support.
