I bought a phone and accessories through the City PCS site so when I acquired the bundle there is NO TELEPHONE, just the components. There was an account stating they delivered a telephone and also the components therefore the telephone must to be there. I instantly named Metro Computers to tell them about my problem. Well my issue was not solved and contains been over per week today but still they'venot solved my problem. When I spoke to numerous "Costumer Service Representatives"approximately they contact their support, I've gotten various solutions but nobody appears to treatment, I actually spoke to some boss and all he explained was to complete an internet form. Well I did so and lastly they delivered an email stating that the alternative would be delivered 24 hours later, there is no additional info on the e m-mail.

I've named their 888 8metro8 quantity as suggested the from the email describing my purchase but sadly after I have named them-they state that they've no conversation using the delivery office. After spending money on three-day delivery through FedEx, I acquired my telephone over per week later and Metro stated there isnot something they might do. After I got the telephone I experimented with trigger it as well as their program stated it mightnot be triggered. I named to keep in touch with a real individual plus they stated I'd to visit a shop to be able to trigger the telephone. I visited the shop 24 hours later and after waiting about five units I had been ultimately informed they needed to complete an application which I'd to hold back another TWENTY FOUR HOURS to ensure that them in order to trigger my telephone. Well, I would like to let you know they did not wait till I obtained my purchase to be able to cost my charge card. I've eliminated nearly fourteen days with no telephone but they do not wish to take responsibility for almost any of the wrongdoings. When i talked for their costumer service as well as their administrators, they contradicted themselves in multiple occasions and nobody did actually know what they were referring to. They've really bad communication knowledge, their service is terrible. TODAY I DO WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT TOGETHER AND RETURN THEIR TELEPHONE (WHICH WAS NOT ACTIVATED) BUT I'm AFRAID IT'LL TAKE FOREVER TO OBTAIN A RETURN!

They lie through their marketing, they would like to charge you for everything!

Do not work together, i can't genuinely believe that this sort of companies escape with such fraudulent company, i believed this just happened in third world nations.
