I returned a cable box that was not working.instead of cediting my account the $100 as they have done several times before since I've been a customer, they are telling me I was never charged for this box therefore they will not credit my account. I explained to them that in the past everytime I returned one of their receivers, I was always charged and then credited the money, why not this time I spoke to several supervisors, the Executive account supervisors, they still refuse to put the credit on my account though they have the equipment, they keep sayig I was never charged for it on my account. Nor has the box been replaced.
