Unauthorized charge of $300 out of our checking account for canceling

Dish network used our contract to get our bank to authorize a $300 fee for unreturned equipment when they in turn were in breech of contract not us our contract stated that we would be charged $300 for the equipment if not returned after 15 days from the time they sent the postage paid boxes our account was charged two days before the boxes were shipped so the bank credited our account

But the customer service at dish network said they would do nothing about it at all it is now between chase bank and them but we had two car payments bounce and were charged a total of about $450 after it was all said and done besides the rip-off they also promised us a dvd player which they never sent us until after we cancelled about 6 months late and after many angry calls their service was terrible and their customer service was terrible

I have never been treated so badly by someone and what they did was steal our money and refuse to give it back. If it wasn't for our bank going in there and investigating the issue they would have gotten away with it and just like the dvd player they weren't going to refund that money not under any circumstances and they implied that by saying that we'd get our money back 6-8 weeks after they recieved the equipment and verified that it was all there. I have no use for satallite equipment and had no intention of keeping it but they flat out accused me of trying to steal from them just 2 weeks after cancelling while i was waiting for the boxes to arrive
