Brandsmart came to repair washer on 5/8. Told by warranty comp not to repair Pump a replacement washer was due. After numerour calls confirming paper work was being done for replacement, on 5/23 was told "We changed our minds" we are repairing unit. Was told "Not that I agree with it but your warranty is ending soon and we will take our chances" It was already repaired 8 times for the same thing. On 5/31 I was told "Oops" we forgot to order the part and it would take another 10 days for the part to come in. "I think we are giving you the run around but there is nothing I can do"
Brandsmart said it was a Warranty Dept problem and they could do nothing about it. They sold the Warranty!!!
