I purchase a air condition from brandsmart on 07/06 with a 5 year warranty. And i've been having problems with the unit not cooling properly on several occassions (5). I've called several times for someone to come and repair or replace the unit. Me and my husband are in late 70's. And we don't get around that well. The unit was purchased under my husband name marvin harper invoice #6442062 / model#aey18f7h. Please help me
