An order was positioned with Teleflora for shipping on Sunday to get a rose design for Mom's evening. The purchase was approved and charge card billed. There is no shipping with no contact at-all through Friday. Customer Support was e mailed and named. The consultant stated the purchase wasn't shipped simply because they were over-extended. There is no indicator of this or we'd have created another option. There is no response to the emails from customer support both. Terrible service. Do not purchase something from these folks! What-ever occurred to reality and recognition operating.
