The don't deliver & tell you much late

I requested a rose container on June 10th for shipping June 15th. On September 10th I obtained my purchase verification with the proper info. On September 21st at 3am I obtained a contact from Teleflora thanking me for my purchase and requesting me easily was pleased. Same-day at 10am I get the subsequent e-mail: "Dear... We've been not able to spot your purchase for shipping about the

Required day. Please supply us by having an alternative shipping day. Please contact us at 800-822-9547 or answer this mail. Thanks." No apology, no clarification, and clearly PER WEEK OVERDUE for me personally to complete something about this. After I named the telephone number within the e-mail, the woman apologized but provided no clarification with no answer. Really she did not provide a reimbursement possibly till I required it. This is not a hectic season! I simply can't think how bad their customer support is. The initial purchase confirmation mentioned if a product is not accessible a alternative is likely to be shipped. It generally does not say the reality that will be we are likely to cost your charge card, not provide after which let you know 14 days later. Why are they still running a business?
