I want I'd investigated Teleflora on this website before purchasing plants for Mom's evening. Despite the fact that the grievances are older, Teleflora continues to be living as much as its terrible status.

I received a "verification of shipping" e-mail from their store, however the blossoms weren't actually shipped. I named Customer Support twice, with inadequate vocabulary understanding on brokeris component, who in the beginning insisted the blossoms were shipped. Lastly, she stated there is a notice within the document to "redeliver" them when actually no preliminary shipping was created. 2 nights later, I am still waiting for blossoms that I settled for.

Following A link on the verification mail, I sent email to protest about not getting plants, also it was returned back as "Shipping has didn't these readers or distribution databases: [email protected]. The recipientis email address wasn't present in the recipientis email program." BEWARE... Teleflora is just a very ineffective and inexperienced business. Lesson learned, cash burned.
