I purchased plants Friday May 6, to become shipped for Mothers Time following day Sunday the 7th. They got the cash for cost from my consideration however the blossoms never came! Sunday arrived but still no plants. The web site claims 24/7 customer support - but that is wrong. I'd to attend until Friday morning and phone while at the office. I had been provided shipping of the blossoms along with a giftcard. I rejected and requested to get a reimbursement that evening, they stated ok which I'd get a contact of reimbursement verification. That never occurred!!! I named nowadays - Wednesday at 7pm requesting agin for my reimbursement and was today informed 3-5 business days! I had been allegedly talking to a boss. I stated because I didnt get my refund recently, are you able to create the shipping and that I may delay the 3-5 times for my reimbursement. They stated no, they'd provide only when I got a-50% return instead. I mentioned thats absurd, following the support I acquired. They wouldnt back odwn, and so I stated I had been composing a and not with them again! The man stated ok and he was sorry. Ya ok.
