Below is a summary and emails to ThePaws.com; as of 05/11 we have still received no correspondence about our orders, one of which we still have not received.
We have placed 2 orders dating back to 4/9. We were under the impression that it would take 5-7 business days to receive our orders. We finally received one part of our order on 4/26/11; 17 days later, and have yet to receive the second order. We have placed numerous calls, left voicemails, sent emails, and have received no response. This is very dissatisfying as a consumer and due to the poor customer service, we have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and warning everyone of this company.
We received the RUFF 'n TUMBLE Dog Bed on 4/26. We used this bed for less than 8 hours and our puppy destroyed it; she's 8 months old. We have looked for a return policy, but was unable to locate anything. We would like to return this dog bed, as it's not as durable as advertised.
We have filed a complaint (Complaint #9860xxxx - The Paws / Online Pet Ventures) with the Better Business Bureau. Response from BBB, "We are currently waiting for the company to respond to your complaint."
