I ordered an item for my husband for Father's Day on June 14 from Thepaws.com. The item cost $149.00 and I paid for it with my debit mastercard. Thepaws.com took the full amount out of my checking account within 24 hours and never sent the item. I have called and e-mailed them numerous times and have never received any response aside from an e-mailed complaint number.
