Shipping wait fraud

I requested a Samsung fridge on May19. The 5-10 day shipping guarantee was transferred out to June 6 to June 13 (that will be 17-24 times). After studying the wait fraud utilized by the corporation, I sent them-and stated:

I'm viewing lots of grievances about setbacks being created on deliveries from HE. And concerning the situation of items. Please be recommended when the Samsung fridge that I requested on 5/19 isn't delivered by 6/13 as guaranteed, I'll stop the purchase and challenge the charge card costs.

Also, I'll start the container within the existence of the supply driver, connect it in in the control as recommended by your mail delivered 5/19 and that I estimate: "Just Before signing for that cargo please open the presentation and examine the items for almost any harm that'll have happened during delivery. If you discover any harm, instantly reject shipping. The cargo is likely to be delivered back again to us. Please contact us toll-free to inform us the product arrived broken. We cannot be held responsible for any hidden damage that occurred during cargo once authorized for."

That evening, they really called me and recommended me that my fridge was encounter with a forklift and they would need to re order it; which it couldn't be shipped until June 30 in the earliest. They requested it I'd prefer to stop my purchase. Rapidly and certainly I responded YES!
