I requested a product in the Serengeti Vacation 2011 list. This purchase was positioned on December 13, and that I required two-day delivery, recognizing that I'd spend additional. I had been informed them was in-stock and so I decided to the purchase, they charged my charge card, and that I lay back expecting this reward to reach for my spouse' Christmas present. While Christmas Eve folded around, no product. I named and was informed them was shipped about the 21st (completely 8 times following the purchase was positioned), which it'd be hereby "wise article" (shipped by Fed Ex to some post office container) about the 29th (8 more times AFTER it had been presumably delivered, and 16 times following the purchase was placed though I'd purchase 2 days delivery. I'm still waiting. I'll never again purchase something out of this ensemble who clearly know-nothing of customer support. I've requested for delivery costs to become returned, to that they have decided. We will have if that occurs.
