I made concerns (first encounter) on CheapOair for journey for 2 without creating a seat project. I adopted a link within the mail verification 24 hours later to obtain one, and was given the choice of spending $11.95 for an "improved" support including a little image of the plane format with chairs color-coded regarding accessibility (like I Have observed FREE OF CHARGE on additional sites), or proceed using the "standard" choice. I find the latter, and another pop up requested basically was SURE used to do not need the improved edition. Again - no. I had been subsequently given the choice of SEEKING possibly an section or window chair and guaranteed an answer within 48hrs.
