This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It is almost impossible to reach them over the phone and when you do finally reach them they have extremely poor communication skills and many calls just randomly get disconnected after which you need to go through the entire 25 minute wait time again. Also they changed my flight itinerary 48 hours before I was scheduled to get on the plane. I was not given a choice... Just told that there would be an additional 6 hour layover, which caused me to miss a connecting flight. I will never even consider using cheapoair.com ever again.
