On September 3 I've reserved ticked from MSY to ODS (Scheduling amount 3634808).

Today I've chose to examine my travel specifics using the Airlines and unearthed that LOT Gloss doesn't run neither on Sept. 3, or June 18.

I've required Cheapoair.com to verify my schedule and that I got verification, which don't display any modifications in my own preliminary reservation.

I've named Cheapoair.com to obtain clarification about my schedule and airlines info and obtain truly perturbed response:

“ alone believe we are able to do to alter section from ORD to WAW on Sept. 4 and again on Sept. 16”, but

- how to proceed using the section from MSY to ORD that will be planned on Sept. 3?

- where I have to invest evening awaiting the nex morning TON trip?

- how to proceed using the section planned on Sept. 18 and 19?

- how to proceed using the resort reservation in Ny, that will be also reserved on Sept. 18?

Cheapoair.com consultant was not able to guidance. He also didn't move me towards the Supervisor when I requested.

I've named Cheapoair.com once more and spook with truly ethical woman, called Kohenoor, whom I clarify that Chipoair simply destroyed my journey and finding me anxious.

Because it isn't my problem in routine change/cancelation and failure of Chipoair to supply me with required schedule I questioned her to continue with complete solution reimbursement. Maintaining me on-hold over 1 time she recommended me to contact TON or Chipoar tomorrow and begin from very beginning. I'm really active individual, have did my reservation ahead of time (in Feb), accidentally discovered that my journey isn't legitimate anymore (Cheapoair.com didn't advise me), invest 3-hour nowadays calling LOT Polish and Cheapoair.com and require contact tomorrow again? This seats cost me 2330.98 USD and journey was prepared ahead of time now's appears Damaged.

Please, observe that this really is my second this type of poor encounter with Cheapoair.com (2 yrs before I'd nearly exactly the same incident wich was submitted with BBB and that I dropped 550usd).
