When I called to complain, the customer rep actually hung up on me

Okay and so I guide a-6 time Intl trip for 2, and demand this 1 solution be considered a window seat. Therefore, after I visit verify and sign in, they've my spouse and that I equally in middle chairs as well as in various areas of the airplane! Ohh and you will find no chairs together open to change.

After I called to protest, the client representative really hung-up on me. I eventually got his chef about the point who explained he couldn't do something. No chair change, no money-back, no potential discount... NOTHING!!! He really stated I ought to have requested basically needed the chairs together after I purchased them. Therefore today it is down towards the airport where I will just wish that Continental might help repair CheapOAiris error.

Horrible customer support, horrible organization. Never again.
