I purchased a plane ticket through CheapOair in April for a flight in August. When I arrived at GDL with my confirmation # and seat assignment, I was told my seat had not been purchased by CheapOair. CheapOair is now blaming AeroMexico, and AeroMexico is blaming CheapOair. Since CheapOair took my money, I feel they should clear up this mess. I have emailed and called CheapOair many times with no satisfactory results. I will not use CheapOair again.
