I purchase a Disc on FYE.com for my partner's birthday. Two nights later, somebody from customer support called me. She stated she desired to verify the purchase with my spouse. I informed her "Itis for his birthday, I actually donot need him understanding about it." She stated, "too poor." I informed her to stop the purchase. She stated "Good" and hungup.
I then delivered two emails for their customer support division to stop the purchase. Nevertheless, we were billed about the charge card, but never received the purchase. I never heard back from their website.
30 days later I've yet to determine the credit.
