After months of trying to contact support at IdealHost, I have decided that this may be the only thing that gets their attention. I have tried to contact them by phone, email, and web forms. Still I have not received any word back. I have also had my website shut down after no warning. I was working on payment arrangements so I could catch up on my payments. All I want is for them to contact me!
