Beware the Scam and Rip-Off at Riverside Dental Spa run by the two scammed dentists Mai Truc and Hieu Truc. These two dentists tell all their new patients that their teeth need some minor treatments that cost a couple of hundreds dollars but insurance company does not cover and ask the patients to pay.
When I first visit Riverwalk Dental Spa, I trust these two dentists told me the truth, so I paid them extra $200. But then they keep tell me every single time I came for my routine check up that I need to pay more for this and that. After a few times I refuse to pay extra, they dismiss me but intentionally not notify neither my insurance company nor myself so that my insurance company continues sending them the monthly payment for my coverage.
Dentists Mai Truc and Hieu Truc keep telling that my childrens teeth have cavity and need filling. Because of suspicious, I took them to see another dentist and was told their teeth do not have cavity.
If you are scammed by dentists Mai Truc and Hieu Truc, please report to California Dental Board, Better Business Bureau, and your insurance company. Please also post with all social networks to alert neighbors, friends, and families about this scam.
