Directv just got the whole balence. Despite I questioned them-not too. I stated that I'd dropped my work but I had been prepared to negotiate up my statement in funds. They did not care and stated that it had beennot their issue. So that they simply got the cash. I nearly dropped the home I had been hiring due to them. I had been with Directv for nearly 10 years! Client loyalty means nothing for them.
