I've been a faithful Directv customer for more than 10 years. I've not improved my previous recipient in 3 years, or restored my agreement. I simply changed to wire simply because they offered me a much better offer. After I terminated DirecTv delivered me a statement for over $400.00, and explained I smashed a deal (that we never decided to). I'venot spoken to somebody in the organization in over 3 years. The corporation is breaking regulations and it is fraudulently charging their clients! I'm completing using the bbb and my attorney general. Don't work with directv.
