Directv required an unauthorized withdrawal of $270 out-of my banking account simply because they stated they did not obtain my devices back. I've EVIDENCE they did - THE IDENTICAL MORNING they TOOK my cash! Today I've been informed they'll return it once they can - no day provided, simply when. I'm livid. That is THEFT. I'll inform everybody NEVER TO conduct business with DIRECTV and you will be assured that I'll never conduct business together again! Actually!
